Helen has been walking Hooch for about three years now. Helen is always trustworthy and really friendly and professional. Hooch loves his weekly group walk, so much so that every time I let him out into the garden he sits by the back gate in case Helen’s coming to pick him up that day!
We’ve used Dorridge Dogs for three years, both for puppy visits when our dog was a puppy and dog walking now she’s older. Helen and the team are really reliable, trustworthy and great with the dogs, and our dog absolutely loves her walks with them and all her doggy friends. 100% recommend!
Helen looked after Beckie our cat while we were away for a couple of months earlier this year. She visited her every day to feed and give her some fuss and attention as well as keeping an eye on the house. We received weekly updates and photos/videos of a very happy cat who didn’t seem to be missing us! We returned to a very healthy and content cat. I would happily recommend Dorridge Dogs and will be definitely using them again.

Dorridge Dogs are all about care and professionalism. I know Helen and her team look after all the dogs in their care to the very highest standard. They make the effort to get to know each dog, and each owner. They do everything they say they will, and more. They collect, walk, entertain, train, care for, dry off, remove the mud and fox poo, take to the vet if necessary, return safety and report back. I trust them to look after Lily and know they respect my home and maintain confidentiality. Each member of the team is properly qualified and trained to look after the dogs in their care. Their cars are properly equipped to carry dogs and well maintained. They take the dogs to safe places where they can run around and play. But most important of all “Helen and her team are all lovely people”.
We used Dorridge Dogs for many years for our Labrador dog, Bailey. During this time they were completely reliable, trustworthy and never let us down. Whenever Bailey was taken ill they really looked after him. Their best feature is that all of the team really love the dogs who they care for. We would recommend them without hesitation.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Dorridge Dogs. They have walked my nervous Goldendoodle three times a week for over 3 years. The whole team are really wonderful with Skye and they have taken time to carefully introduce her to new members of staff to gain her trust and give her confidence. Skye clearly really adores them all and is super excited if we bump into any of the team when out and about. There have been no occasions when Skye has not been walked as planned and Helen has been marvellous at fitting Skye in for extra walks to help when I have been poorly or had ad-hoc training or meetings to attend. Helen and her team definitely go above and beyond.
